No. There is no time limit to create the story. We understand creativity takes time. :)

Your creation is periodically auto-saved. When you wish to resume, login again and start with the "In Progress" SDG to continue from where you left off.

To preview your story, click on the four yellow squares icon on the top right corner of your story creation screen.

Once you have created the story, at the bottom of the preview screen, you will see the 'Publish' button. When you click on that button, your story will be sent to the "Stories For a Better World" community.

Once you complete at least one story for each of the 17 SDGs you will see the completion status as 100%. Till then, it will show as 0%.

Absolutely! You do not need any specialised skill to create stories on WYSFBW. All you need is an idea. WYSFBW provides an assortment of in-built features for you to use them in creative ways.

This is your unique ID number, which is generated automatically when you subscribe to "What's Your Story - For a Better World".

No, your comic story can be of any length between 1 to 6 frames.

Yes. You can swap any two frames at a time by using the "Swap Frame" button to change the sequence of the frames. You can keep swapping till you are satisfied with the sequence of the frames.

No, you can upload a background in one frame and then use the "Clone Frame" button to clone that frame. Not just the background, but even other characters from the library and the text if any will get copied into the cloned frame.

Yes. We strongly recommend it. The key goal of WYS is to bring in millions of ideas as stories of change that we wish to see around us. When these are linked to the SDGs, they become a powerful tool to initiate change.

Yes. You can create any comic story, however, we encourage you to work on SDGs for now. Also, TCS iON will publish stories which are based only on SDGs.

As of now, there is no plan to publish the stories outside the "Stories for a Better World" community.

You will be able to share your story on social media platforms - Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn/WhatsApp, by clicking on the share icon. We suggest adding #ThisIsMySDG, #MySustainableGoalStory so that your story reaches a larger audience.

No, a certificate of participation will not be awarded.

Yes. The text inside the comic strip text box can be in any language. Currently, typing is possible only in the English language. For other languages, you can copy-paste the text using any online tool (for e.g. Google Translate) into the comic strip text box.

As responsible citizens creating stories of change using a public platform, we advise all creators that the stories should follow the guidelines mentioned in the terms of use. Keep your story original, lace it with humour and be creative.

Yes. They can, and so can your friends. You can also change the display name by editing it in your profile page before you begin to create your story. You can also share the link with them and ask them to subscribe to WYS independently.

Yes. You can create one or more stories for each SDG.

Currently, only your display name will be visible on the published story.

Every participant has a unique number which is displayed in the story as a watermarked image. This is number will help identify the creator in case there are duplicate display names.
